IABA has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. IABA believes in the consumer's right to privacy and assures any information collected online is used responsibly and appropriately. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for the IABA Web Site.

Aggregate data for Web site visitors, such as number of hits per page, are generated. These reports do not contain any personally identifiable information.

All information collected on the IABA Web Site is submitted voluntarily. No information collected through the IABA Web Site is sold to anyone. This includes e-mail registration to mailing lists, registration to discussion forums, registration of passwords to secure areas of the Web site, online surveys, feedback forms, and advertising. We may ask for your name, organization name, business phone, address, e-mail address, and feedback or other information. Our sole purpose in gathering this information is to provide services, improve our Web content, and respond to visitor's interests and needs.  IABA does not disclose credit card information provided by its members and customers.
