Mentoring
Mentoring has been proven to make a positive contribution to one's professional development. Through the IABA Mentoring Program, you may select from our menu of four services:
Traditional Mentor: You may request a Mentor with whom you intend to have a long-term relationship. Your Mentor will be an actuary with sufficient experience to meet your needs. This option is currently only available to IABA members, and can only be accessed from the Member page.
Mentor Resource by Phone: You may request a Mentor Resource with whom you may discuss your personal situation one-on-one by telephone, without a commitment to a long-term relationship.
Mentor Resource by Email: If your question is not covered in the "Common Questions", you may submit a question by following "Submit A Question" link below. A Mentor Resource will respond to you by email.
