The IABA Emerging Leaders Program is an eight-month leadership development experience designed to prepare experienced actuarial professionals to step into management and leadership roles.

Through a combination of in-person sessions, virtual learning, and mentorship, participants build the skills, confidence, and perspective needed to lead effectively within their organizations and across the profession.

The Emerging Leaders Program is a selective experience focused on leadership growth, business acumen, and professional development.
