Join students, professionals, and allies committed to increasing Black representation in actuarial science. Membership is open to anyone who supports our mission.
Our members include experienced actuaries, working actuarial students, high school and college students, and others who support our mission. IABA is a volunteer-run nonprofit. When you join IABA, you become part of a network designed to support your growth and success at every stage of your actuarial career.
Student Benefits
Student members receive scholarship eligibility, access to training and exam prep resources, mentoring connections with experienced actuaries, discounted Annual Meeting registration, networking opportunities, resume review, Coffee Conversations access, and member directory access.
Professional Benefits
Professional members receive CE credits qualifying for SOA, CAS and CIA requirements, professional development resources, mentoring and networking opportunities, leadership positions, career advancement resources, member directory access, job board access, and access to all programming.
